Happy Lunar New Year!

What

Happy Lunar New Year!

When

2/6/2027

Lunar New Year marks the beginning of a new year according to lunar and lunisolar calendars and is observed by families across many Asian cultures and communities. Traditions vary across cultures, including Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, and other communities, making it important not to treat Lunar New Year as a single cultural tradition.

At West Valley EEC, the day provides another opportunity to recognize the languages, traditions, and family experiences represented within our school community. The Center remains open and follows its regular schedule.
